How is acupressure different than acupuncture?

In most cases no, but according to acupressure and acupuncture specialists it has been know to occur since points can move. If this problem occurs, since only one Sea Band is worn instead of two, simply change the band to the other wrist. If two bands were worn, on both wrists, then there would be no option if this situation arose.

Wearing only one Sea Band on either wrist will not lessen the effectiveness of the band. A study done and published by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bologna University, Bologna, Italy, demonstrated that effectiveness was not lessened when only one band was worn on either wrist instead of the two band principle.
